The website ukragrosunoil.com is operated by UKR AGROSUN OIL, 74722, Kherson region, Nizhneserogozkiy district, Verhnie Serogozy village, Pochtovaya str., 36-B, Ukraine. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The website is intended for business customers: importers, distributors, traders, retail chains, food and feed producers and HoReCa buyers.
A catalogue, not an online shop
The website presents our products and services for information. It does not sell anything online, and nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted by clicking a button or sending a form. Sending a request through the website does not create a contract or an obligation for either side.
Quotations and contracts
Prices, volumes, specifications, packaging and delivery terms are agreed individually. They are set out in a written quotation and become binding only when both parties sign a supply contract. If anything on the website differs from a signed contract, the contract prevails.
Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Market prices for oils and feed change often, so an earlier quotation does not oblige us to offer the same terms again.
Product information
Specifications, laboratory results, pack sizes, capacities and photos on the website are given for reference. Values of a specific lot can differ within the limits of the relevant standard and are confirmed by the documents issued for that shipment. Pictures of bottles and labels may differ slightly from the actual products.
We try to keep the information accurate and current, but we may change our product range, packaging and descriptions without notice.
Intellectual property
The texts, photos, graphics, logos and brand names on the website, including our product line names, belong to UKR AGROSUN OIL or are used with permission. You may view the pages and print or save them for your own business use. Copying, publishing or using the content for other purposes requires our prior written consent.
